|What means FAQ?||
FAQ means "Frequently Asked Questions".
This component is used to give the answer to the most common questions you will have during the use of this web. For example, questions about payment, delivery, orders process, etc.
|Are all items available?||
Items available are marked with the words "in stock" in a green box on the article's sheet.
If an item is not in stock, it will be marked with an orange box and the words "Available on request". You will also see another orange box indicating the estimated delivery time.
If you need more info about the article, please send us an email with your request to firstname.lastname@example.org or through the button "CONTACT
" in the menu. We will inform you about the delivery date.
|How can I know the different price lists?||
To know the different price lists, you must register through the button REGISTRATION / PRICE LIST, also located on the menus.
|How can I place my order?||
Once registered, you will be able to place your order through the button "add to order" in the sheet of each article.
You also can place your orders through the email email@example.com.
|What are the accepted payment methods?||
Discryl SL accepts the following payment methods for implementing your orders through this platform.
• Credit Card
You can make your payments with any credit card accepted by PayPal. Using PayPal express you don't need to create an account.
• With your PayPal account
Use your PayPal account for fast and secure payments. Using PayPal express you don't need to create an account.
• Bank transfer
You will receive our bank information by Email during the ordering process. Then perform the transfer with your bank indicating the order number.
• Debit receipt
You can make your payments by direct debit receipt in your bank account. (Operation subject to approval).
| How to know the shipping cost of my order?||

Inside the sheet of each article, at the footnote, you will see all information concerning the size and weight of the article with its packaging. With this information you can calculate the shipping cost.
You will be advised about the shipping cost during the buying process, before confirmation of the order; it will vary depending the shipping method you choose.
Another option is to pick up your order at our warehouse or send for its collection the transport agency that you normally work with. In that case, you won't have any shipping cost.
|When will I receive my order?||
Delivery term may vary depending country of destination and shipping method chosen.
In any case, you will be informed about the different delivery terms during the shipping method selection and the approximated date you will receive your order at the end of the process.
Likewise, you also will be informed by an email when your order be ready, delivered to the transport company and delivered at the destination. The latter information can be very valuable for companies with different departments or buildings.
If you still have any questions, you can also check the status of your shipment process within your account, through the access button located at the top of the screen.
